Our Policies

Teachers will wait for a period of 10 minutes for sessions. Students who do not show up or contact teachers for 1 session receive a 'grace' no show. After the 2nd no show, families are charged for that session. After the 3rd no show, families are charged for that session and TWLC reserves the right to cancel sessions and release that spot in the schedule to other students.

TWLC does not guarantee the admissions to any institution or program, nor final grade or performance results. We wholeheartedly support and teach students who aim to apply to a range of educational institutions, internships and programs as well as increase or maintain their performances in current and future school courses, but do not guarantee a final result due to that support. Likewise, we reserve the right to refuse services to families looking for such a guarantee.

Payment is due at time of service. We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo or check. If payments are not received by the date of the next scheduled sessions, TWLC reserves the right to cancel that session. TWLC reserves the right to cancel sessions entirely for excessively and/or frequently late payments.

TWLC does not support any form of plagiarism or cheating, including through the use of AI. We encourage the use of critical and creative independent thinking and believe that true innovation is achieved through such independence. We do not tolerate the use of AI for work assigned through our services.

Following our Admissions & Grades Policy and AI & Integrity Policy, TWLC does not involve itself in disputes between students, families and education systems regarding academic, behavioral or extracurricular matters. TWLC likewise does not have any professional relationships with external schools, districts or similar entities.
